Claims Management

The essence of our claims management service is that we make the debtor settle their dept by a thematically built correspondence, by entering in contact with the debtor via phone or text message, or in person if needed.

Our company provides this service exclusively in a contingency fee construction, which means that our goals correspond to the goals of our client: it becomes possible for us to reduce outstanding assets quickly, cost-efficiently and successfully.

We are aware of the fact that the claims management process is uncomfortable for the debtors so we start our activity by a discussion in which we make clear whether the client has been informed of the owed charges and if they have any relevant complaints that they have failed to make. If despite the fact that we have clarified the problems, the debt still endures, we take the next step forward the demand for payment, and later to a correspondence including the description of legal consequences and a short way of communication.
